Kambio Corporation is a distributor of ballistic glass used to armor vehicle crystals a mix of polycarbonates, polyurethane and glass is utilized. An anti scratch layer can also be added to facilitate its maintenance and cleaning. The combination of all these materials results in a very resistant bullet resistant glass. They can be curved, replacing this way the original crystals or flat which can be installed inside the original glass. The capacity of resistance of the glass will depend on its thickness. POLYCARBONATES

Kambio Corporation distributes top quality polycarbonates around the world. Polycarbonates are one of the most resistant plastics and they also offer the best optical conditions and are excellent on resisting multiple gunshots. Their disadvantage is that at great thickness they cannot be curved therefore they are installed over the original vehicle window for ballistic protection. Polycarbonates are very light in weight but for high levels of ballistic protection they need to be very thick.

Most of the bullet resistant polycarbonates are sold for architectural purposes. These are some of the thicknesses that we offer:
